Chur, the staff were super friendly and helpful, but the room felt a bit dated and the shower plumbing could be improved. I had a great view from my balcony!

The common areas felt a bit cramped and tired, lacking proper cleanliness in some spots. My room had significant maintenance issues, including a lack of proper lighting in the bathroom, and water couldn't escape the shower without spraying everywhere. There were also noticeable signs of wear and tear, like scratched doors and sticky light switches, which made the place feel less appealing overall. The small elevator was quite the squeeze, and navigating to my room felt like a bit of a maze. the breakfast room situation wasn't ideal. it could get overcrowded, creating a somewhat chaotic start to the day.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent amenities.
I was extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. The room showed significant age, including stained carpets and a lack of proper maintenance. I faced issues with broken fixtures, which detracted from my stay.

Exploring Brussels 🎉
Room was massive and the bed was absolutely lekker! Super close to the metro and loads of shops nearby. Staff were sharp-sharp and even had free pastries at reception – nice touch!
The bathroom had a bit of an outdated vibe, could do with a spruce up.

The hotel offers large, spacious rooms which are among the biggest I've seen in western Europe. The comfortable beds and balconies provide good views over Brussels, enhancing the overall experience. The kind staff and practical amenities like a 24-hour front desk and a computer station add to the convenience during my stay.
Some common areas and furnishings appear outdated and could benefit from improvements.

The staff was super nice, always smiling and quick with the check-in! Plus, there were free cookies at the reception all day long, which was a pleasant surprise. I felt really welcomed!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still decent for what you get.
